McDonald's Narnia

The dream starts out in my house, only it is definitely not my real house. Things took a while to get sorted out in my head when I woke up, so I don't know how all of these events really happened.

All I know is that, in the dream, my parents were abusive. My mom was my normal mom, but my dad was Sean Maher from "Firefly" but all roughed-up with a beard and wearing ratty clothes. They didn't physically hurt me in the dream, but they hurt my dog, Chewy.

There were four Brittany Spaniels, one of them Chewy, and two were puppies and two were adults. One of the sets of puppies and adults were the ones that my parents had abused, and literally, in my dream, I was told that Chewy had a "herniated stomach." I don't think that's an actual thing, but in my dream, it was very unsettling to hear.

Also, there were a few small children, two little dirty, shirtless boys and a little girl are all I can remember. I remember getting the land line and calling 9-1-1 to try and get a police officer to come to our house and save us from my parents, but the call was lost, then again. Finally, I called with my cell phone and got through, and shortly after, a police officer showed up at my house.

The police officer took my parents into custody and left us children to fend for ourselves, which wasn't that hard. A small, asian woman cooked us pasta for dinner. (That part was weird. Don't know where she came from.)

After this, I decided to go to McDonald's to get some food. I walked down to my basement and opened up our cedar closet door and stepped through the door and directly into a McDonald's.

(It's kind of sad that my closet leads to McDonald's. I think that's saying something about America. Or my eating habits.)

So I walk into this McDonald's, and my friend Kam and her sister were both working. (They really do work at the McD's near me.) I went up to order and noticed my new beau was working, too. I went over to talk to him, and when we were done talking, I kissed him quickly on the lips.

Only thing was, that was our first kiss as a couple, and it was in a McDonald's. Again, kind of sad.

Thankfully, that wasn't real life and I can still make our first kiss memorable.
